 BACKGROUND
By the 90's, in the midst of an Internet revolution in the Western continents certain reports revealed that much of online transactions were abandoned due to inadequate customer support. The Asian market of traditional businesses too experienced doldrums and economic dislocations during the same time.
We at GMT, with a sound background in traditional business treated this as an opportunity to partner with great companies, with great future with this equally great concept of outsourcing. With no history to support us and no business module to follow; we looked at this change as a challenge that can be met with hard work and cleverness.
The Organization when it came into being had only one objective "provision of services-par excellence" that has held us through all the times till date. We have had a distinct advantage in the market where the pace of change was always accelerating due to our strong leadership, dynamic management team and relishing the market change as an opportunity.
